2. 接受机加及相关培训，熟悉西门子系统，会编程和解决简单问题。
3. 能指导他人完成各项工作。
4. 严格按照计划实施生产、努力提高工作效率。
5. 对在线质量进行检查和控制, 在生产过程中协调解决。
6. 严格执行岗位个人防护品(PPE)的穿戴规定，严格遵守各项安全规定避免安全伤害事故的发生。
7. 严格执行公司的其他各项规章制度, 及时完成主管或领班安排的其他工作其他工作。
