You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the project aligns with the strategic goals of the organization while fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Manager / IT Administrator to oversee and manage the complete IT infrastructure and application environment. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the continuity, integration, security, and performance of IT systems—including SAP, Document Management System (DMS), Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools, networks, and servers.
The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of enterprise applications, IT governance, infrastructure management, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Governance & Management:
• Take full ownership and accountability of IT operations for the company.
• Develop and implement IT policies, processes, and best practices aligned with corporate standards.
• Coordinate IT planning and integration with the parent company.
• Act as the single point of contact for all IT matters across business units.
Application Management:
• Oversee the performance, support, and updates of business-critical applications like SAP ERP, DMS, SFA, CRM, and other enterprise tools.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless functioning and alignment with business needs.
• Manage user access, permissions, and system configurations for business applications.
Infrastructure & Network Management:
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks (LAN/WAN), storage systems, firewalls, VPN, and communication systems.
• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Ensure high availability and performance of all critical IT services.
Security & Compliance:
• Implement cybersecurity practices to protect company data, systems, and networks.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit standards, data privacy regulations, and IT policies.
• Manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
Team Leadership & Vendor Management:
• Supervise and guide IT support staff and third-party service providers.
• Coordinate with external vendors for AMC, support contracts, and licensing.
• Provide end-user training and support across functions.
IT Budgeting & Reporting:
• Prepare and manage IT budgets, track IT spending, and optimize cost-efficiency.
• Provide regular reports on IT performance, risks, project status, and opportunities to management.
Key Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in IT administration or IT management role.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline
• Strong hands-on experience with:
o SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) or similar enterprise systems
o DMS (Document Management Systems)
o SFA tools
o Network Administration, Windows/Linux servers, backups
o Cloud platforms and ITSM tools (a plus)
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity practices and IT compliance standards.
• Experience managing IT teams and third-party service providers.
• Excellent troubleshooting, project coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and lead during transitional phases.
Preferred Certifications (Optional but Advantageous):
• ITIL Foundation / PMP
