The french Human Resources Team is looking for an HR Generalist to join our high performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to get real HR experience in a growing organization. You will provide support to all functions and french employees.This Human Resource partner role will service more than 200 employees.
What we offer:
- Serve as the point of contact of the HR department
- Gather training needs
- Monitor training plan and budget
- Draw up and monitor skills development plans
- Manage the recording and administrative follow-up of HR department invoices
- Manage HR reporting
- Handle HR administrative matters
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects in collaboration with the HR France and EMEA teams
- Monitor HR legal and social developments
- Manage employee mobility and career development (follow-up of interview campaigns, provident and pension files)
Tasks and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business or related field.
- 3+ years of direct applicable Human Resource experience in a fast paced, innovative, engineering / technology company.
- Experience with employee relations experience;
- Ability to understand and align policies and practices with local legal requirements.
- Demonstrated understanding and application of Human Resources areas including, Talent Development, Training, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion, and Change Management.
