Location: This position is onsite at 105 New Way Road, Columbia, SC 29223.
What you will do:
Collaborate with customers and internal CPSS team members on key efforts to drive improved business performance
Actively partner with business units to define business opportunities, design and deliver value-added solutions, including business learning, innovation, and improvement
Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of business solutions and improvements to ensure desired improvement is realized
Leverage skills and experience in learning and development, innovation and improvement, planning, and change implementation to further business unit goals and objectives.
To qualify for this position you will need:
Required Education: Bachelor's degree in any major
Degree Equivalency: Four (4) years of job-related work experience or Associate's and 2 years of job-related work experience
Required Software and tools: Microsoft Office.
Required Certification: PAHM certification within one year of hire.

Related work experience (e.g., organizational development, business analysis), process improvement(e.g., Six Sigma and reengineering), corporate/strategic planning, financial analysis, business systems analysis, business development, market/industry research).
Improvement and Innovation: Use a consultative mindset to understand current challenges/opportunities across various functions and offer solutions and insights that drive key business decisions and project delivery efforts.
Business Learning and Development: Experience developing and facilitating business learning solutions for individuals and teams, including leadership development. Experience designing, deploying, and evaluating talent management and employee engagement solutions.
Effective Communication: Ability to utilize effective visual communication and storytelling techniques to influence and convey critical business insights.
Influencing and Collaboration: Proven capabilities to proactively partner with individuals/teams to win support and champion ideas from ideation to execution, as well as displaying qualities of a leader, that engages, inspires, aligns, and moves people to act.
