The HR Generalist is responsible for applying business knowledge and human resources expertise by providing a wide range of HR support and advice. This includes, but not limited to, guidance on recruitment, terminations, performance management, employee relations and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and senior management.

General Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify HR needs, and implement HR initiatives to drive business performance.

• Key participant in fostering a positive work environment and maintain strong employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, managing conflict resolutions and promoting employee engagement initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.

• Support business leaders to attract, develop and retain top talents
• Support for implementing performance management process, career development programs to ensure a strong talent pipeline
• Responsible for analyzing HR data and headcount tracking to support decision making
 

Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
