West Monroe is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Manager with a strong focus on program management, ERG management, and data analysis. This role requires a strategic thinker who can blend DEI principles with business acumen and human resources expertise to drive meaningful change across the organization. The DE&I Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing programs and initiatives that promote a culture of inclusion and equity, while ensuring that DEI goals align with business objectives.

What you'll do:

Program Management:

  • Design, implement, and manage DEI programs and initiatives that align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DEI principles into all aspects of the business, including recruitment, talent development, and employee engagement.
  • Oversee the execution of DEI training programs and workshops, ensuring they are relevant, impactful, and aligned with best practices.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of DEI programs and make adjustments as needed to ensure they meet desired outcomes.

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage DEI-related projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, define project objectives, and coordinate resources to achieve project goals.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement in DEI efforts.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) Management:

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction for the company’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).
  • Support the creation, development, and sustainability of ERGs, ensuring alignment with the company’s DEI strategy and business objectives.
  • Partner with ERG leaders to develop annual goals, programming, and events that promote inclusivity, professional development, and community engagement.
  • Ensure that ERGs have the resources and support needed to operate effectively and achieve their objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of ERGs on employee engagement, retention, and overall DEI goals.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret DEI-related data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track DEI metrics and progress against goals.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • Conduct regular assessments of organizational practices, policies, and culture to ensure alignment with DEI objectives.

Business & Human Resources Integration:

  • Work closely with HR and business leaders to ensure that DEI strategies are integrated into all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Provide expert advice and support to HR teams on inclusive hiring practices, equitable compensation, and employee development.
  • Collaborate with business units to embed DEI principles into their operations and strategic plans.
  • Advocate for and drive the adoption of inclusive policies and practices that support the retention and advancement of diverse talent.

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum of 5-years of experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, program management, and project management.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing DEI programs and initiatives in a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Solid understanding of human resources practices and business operations, with the ability to blend these skills with DEI principles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace.

Preferred Skills:

  • DEI certification or related credentials.
  • Experience with change management and organizational development.
  • Familiarity with DEI best practices and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in using data visualization tools and HR analytics platforms

Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Information on our competitive total rewards package, including our bonus structure and benefits is here. Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.

Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program and be eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of one year of employment.
