Our engineering team is our biggest team, yet we try to keep it flat and scalable using an innovative model built around independently operating Tribes. Each Tribe is headed by an Engineering Manager and is a self-sufficient and self-organizing unit with full ownership of its own area, accommodating Product Managers, Designers and all necessary Engineering roles. Engineers have a lot of freedom, they get to pick Missions to work on and when they’re done with a Mission, they’re back at the Launchpad keeping the show running and recovering before the next Mission.
We are on the lookout for an engineering manager for the Contactivity tribe. At Contactivity, we apply our expertise to help small businesses communicate with their customers. We own features such as activities, contacts, calendar management, video calling, scheduler, and more to streamline and optimize sales communications and sales engagement.
