NVIDIA’s Acquisition Integration Team sits within our Corporate Development organization. The Corporate Development team works directly with NVIDIA’s senior executives to define, analyze, and shape NVIDIA’s overall growth strategy, M&A opportunities, integration and ensure the financial and operational targets of each transaction are fully realized. This position will use resources across the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful integration of acquired companies and the ongoing monitoring of financial performance against board approved financial targets. The scope of the role includes working with the NVIDIA executive and deal teams to provide support for acquisition due diligence, development of overall integration strategy and governance processes, and coordination of quarterly performance reviews for all acquired companies. The position requires that the individual brings sound experience in strategy formulation and multi-functional operating roles to develop the integration strategy, execution plan, and provide the leadership to ensure that the integration delivers business results. The position will also involve managing outcomes of partnerships formed through NVIDIA’s strategic investment program within the Corporate Development team.
The NVIDIA M&A integration process is highly matrixed, with subject matter experts from all relevant functions working at the direction of Corporate Development. The individual must demonstrate strong planning and communication skills to work effectively with partners across different work streams and business units. These include working closely with Corporate Development deal teams and functional partners such as Engineering, Go to Market, Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Operations.
What you’ll be doing:
Participating in due diligence
Understanding and Defining the overall integration strategy tightly aligned with the strategic rationale and the financial case for the deal
Determining the level and depth of integration based on acquisition strategic rationale and input from key partners
Build detailed integration plans for post closing execution
Providing integration leadership at all levels
Develop governance process and communication plans to keep partners updated; this requires identifying and establishing partnerships with stakeholders in the business and functions
Monitor status and quickly problem solve throughout the integration process
Ensure that NVIDIA has maximized the value of the deal and realized all synergies
Complete reviews of each deal to ensure key takeaways are institutionalized for future transactions
Managing outcomes of partnerships related to NVIDIA’s strategic investments
What we need to see:
Demonstrated ability to contribute and develop M&A standard methodologies for the company and assist in developing structured integration frameworks and playbooks to ensure consistency and repeatability of the process
This role requires collaboration and interpersonal skills, a broad understanding of NVIDIA operations across multiple functions, and the ability to build good working relationships at both the executive and individual contributor levels
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience) with 12+ overall years of experience
6+ years of progressive leadership experience in M&A integration or large-scale business transformation programs
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
MBA preferred
Strong written and verbal communication, and executive presentation skills
Consistent track record of delivering results through influencing cross-functionally in highly matrixed program structures
Demonstrated ability to develop overall strategic direction while also maintaining detailed oversight of program execution

The base salary range is 236,000 USD - 368,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
