Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Manager to join our Affordability team.

Oscar is the first health insurance company built around a full stack technology platform and a focus on serving our members. We started Oscar in 2012 to create the kind of health insurance company we would want for ourselves—one that behaves like a doctor in the family.

About the role

You will lead the pipeline development process for Affordability and serve as a strategic thought partner to business units for discrete medical cost savings opportunities. We ask that you have a strong strategic and tactical focus as you will be responsible for development and maintenance of the multi-year affordability pipeline, partnering with business unit leadership to support ideation, developing and pushing forward initiatives.   The role also requires the development and presentation of executive level materials and financial forecasts for c-suite leadership consumption. As a Senior Manager on the Affordability Team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our mission to make healthcare simpler, more affordable, and more accessible for all.

You will report to the Director, Affordability

Work Location:

Oscar is a blended work culture where everyone, regardless of work type or location, feels connected to their teammates, our culture and our mission.

This is a hybrid role in our NYC office. You will work part of the time in the office and part of the time remote / work-from-home. #LI-Hybrid

Pay Transparency:

The base pay for this role is: $131,200 - $172,200 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar’s unlimited vacation program and annual performance bonuses.
