About the Role

Join our team as a Product Management Director of Data Analytics and take on the vital role to lead and oversee the development and execution of data-driven products and solutions that enable data insights, analytics, and decision-making. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, CV/ML engineers, clinical success teams, and other critical business functions to create innovative products that solve business, operational, and clinical challenges that our customers face. The Director will also play a pivotal role in driving product strategy, roadmap, and long-term vision, ensuring the products are aligned with Inspiren’s objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Vision.
    • Define and communicate the strategic vision for data analytics products and solutions. 
    • Develop and manage a portfolio of data analytics products that enhances our customers' business, operational, and clinical needs.
    • Ensure products are scalable, actionable, while providing measurable business value.
  • Data Analytics and Insights.
    • Ensure the development of products that enable actionable insights, including reporting dashboards, analytics tools, and business intelligence systems.
    • Use data-driven approaches to measure product performance, customer usage, and impact on business outcomes.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data analytics, machine learning, AI, and business intelligence tools.
  • Product Roadmap, Requirements, and Lifecycle Management.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and improve existing offerings.
    • Monitor industry trends and innovations to ensure the company’s data analytics products remain competitive and innovative.
    • Prioritize product features and improvements based on customer feedback, data insights, and business needs.
    • Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to deliver innovative analytics products.
    • Partner with UX/UI teams to refine customer journeys with actionable insights.
  • Team Leadership & Development.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product managers, guiding them in delivering high-quality data analytics products.
    • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the product management and data teams.
    • Recruit and develop talent for the product management team, ensuring a diverse range of skills and expertise.
    • Provide career development support and growth opportunities for team members.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting.
    • Define success metrics for data analytics products and monitor product performance against KPIs.
    • Implement analytics to track user behavior, product usage, and overall product impact on business objectives.
    • Optimize and refine products based on performance data and feedback.

Requirements and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in product management with a focus on data analytics, data science, business intelligence, or related fields.
  • Experience with data analytics tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Expertise in using Excel for complex data analysis
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms for predictive analytics
  • Proven track record in leading data analytics teams
  • Experience in product management in a fast-growing tech company or startup environment.

Details

  • The annual salary/OTE for this role is $180,000 -$200,000 + equity + benefits (including medical, dental, and vision) 
  • Flexible PTO
