The Opportunity:
ApplyBoard is looking for a Director, Partner Client who has a successful track record of being an effective, creative, and innovative leader who will execute strategies that deliver a consistent and top notch customer experience for ApplyBoard internal and external customers.
The Director, Partner Client will be responsible for monitoring and managing the overall ApplyBoard’s performance success for Canadian institution partners. This will require someone who is data-driven, leverages industry and market leading practices, creates initiatives to lead Partner Clients Managers to meet the overall objectives of ApplyBoard and our institution partners.
The Director, Partner Client will lead cross-functional projects, work closely with our Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology teams. The ideal candidate will possess a positive, engaging and goal-oriented management style and must be comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

The position reports directly to the General Manager - Australia
What you will do:
Lead a team of Partner Client Managers who are responsible for maintaining successful relationships with Australia institutions
Refine existing strategies, framework and tools for Partner Clients Managers to ensure excellent customer experience to internal and external stakeholders through relevant KPIs, benchmarks, and other measures of success
Develop and maintain initiatives and projects that foster positive relationships with partner educational institutions
Acts as key stakeholder and consultant in customer experience initiatives across the company, advising on prioritization and design and measuring outcomes
What you will bring:
10+ years of progressive, related experience working in a management role at an educational institution.
Understanding and knowledge of strategic planning, issues management. Ability to lead change and innovation to create operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Has worked with global stakeholders and teams
Track record of building high performing teams, defining organizational structure, acquiring and developing talent
A roll-up-their-sleeves approach to the design, development, implementation and measure of customer experience
Excellent critical-thinking and interpersonal skills that lead by example
