About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented commercial contracts counsel with experience in vendor, SaaS, and services contracting.  This role will focus on reviewing, negotiating, and approving vendor, service provider, supplier, and inbound purchasing agreements, as well as professional services terms and contracting.

This position is open to remote candidates located in the continental United States. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Review, revise, negotiate, and approve a wide variety of contracts, including SaaS, software, and other technology licensing agreements; master and professional service agreements; and other purchasing agreements and related documents such as statements of work, order forms, and quotes.

  • Advise and coordinate with IT, Procurement, Finance, HR, Operations and other business units teams regarding associated risks, vendor onboarding procedures and policies, and where necessary obtain approvals from internal stakeholders.

  • Review, revise, negotiate, and approve contract terms, services descriptions, engagement letters, and services ordering documents in support of CrowdStrike Professional Services. 

  • Support the development of contract templates, negotiating frameworks, commercial policies, and process improvements.

What You’ll Need:

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited U.S. Law School.

  • 5+ years of experience working with vendors, suppliers, and service providers on the purchase of a variety of inbound products, services, and technology; and knowledge of contract lifecycle management.

  • Strong background in software and services procurement, acquisition, and purchasing.

  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage large, complex service and product agreements with a variety of vendors, service providers, and suppliers.

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude, team-oriented mentality, and a sense of humor.

  • Our legal team is completely distributed. Therefore, you must be able to thrive working remotely from home.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $130,000 - $210,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
