Job Description:
FUNCTIONS:
1. Management of incoming phone calls to the center.
2. Business office liaison.
3. Medical chart management.
4. Patient registration, communication, and copays.
5. Coordination of all patient scheduling.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2 years experience in reception, administration or customer service required.
Experience in reception in a clinic setting highly preferred.
Experience with EMR systems highly preferred.
