Northrop Grumman Aeronautic Systems is seeking a qualified Principal/Sr. Principal Project Management Level 3/4 individual to join our team of qualified, highly talented and diverse individuals for 1st shift Monday – Friday Shift: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm (9/80 schedule). This position will be Iuka, MS.
Principal/Sr. Principal Project Management Level 3/4 acts as primary contact for facilities department for all space requests, coordinating efforts with different teams and stakeholders, and leading projects through the SPUR process and design conception. Creates graphic communication documents to communicate ideas, scopes of work, material specifications and floor utilization plans.
The Facilities Planner shall be responsible for supporting both internal and external customers in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

Salary Range: $72,600.00 - $108,800.00Salary Range 2: $89,900.00 - $134,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
