The Team: You will join a collegial and professional Marketing Data and Analytics team that optimizes processes, technology, data and analytics to power a high-performing Marketing organization. The team works to drive alignment across the customer journey by managing critical, high-visibility projects across all subsets of Marketing, by using a wide variety of platforms.

We are looking for sharp and self-driven individuals to join our Data & Analytics team within the Global Marketing Operations group. If you are a meticulous person, who can name a favorite Excel formula and loves to think outside the box, we want to talk to you!

The Impact: Your position is critical to driving the success of the Marketing Data and Analytics team, by leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills, technology, and process to communicate Marketing’s impact through performance measurement reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Track and report marketing metrics; demonstrate ability to interpret results to provide actionable recommendations for the Marketing team to improve their campaign performance and lead quality

  • Convert raw marketing and sales data into easy to understand and comprehendible insight through data visualization. Work on automation of existing reporting suite.

  • Analyze and uncover inconsistencies in our reporting data and propose solutions via technology and process improvement. Work with other internal stakeholders to improve insights from data collection and extraction from our commercial tech stack.

  • Develop thorough understanding of our marketing database and classification strategy to provide guidance to the Marketing team in their audience list filtering as well as cleansing non-standard data to align with our classification standards.

  • Monitor campaign and lead integration between Marketo and Salesforce, ensuring that the campaign members are syncing and that marketing qualified leads are getting to the Sales team properly, and are tagged to Marketing campaigns.

  • Manage daily projects and deadlines for varied marketing operations processes in Smartsheet and ensure that all deadlines are met, and projects executed with high satisfaction scores from the Marketing team.

  • Maintain an understanding of privacy and data regulations that affect the regions we engage in.

  • Complete other projects within the department as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or MBA degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent education and experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or sales reporting or equivalent experience

  • Experience maintaining and analyzing data, with an ability to display analytical insights in a clear and compelling manner

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines

  • Team player with an ability to work independently

  • Comfortable working in evening shift and flexible hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar tools), basic knowledge of SQL/Python, Marketo and Salesforce.com
