We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our dynamic Data Center SSD product management team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies, managing the product lifecycle, and driving the successful delivery of innovative solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure the successful launch and adoption of our products!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in defining and driving Micron’s SSD roadmaps for the Data Center SSD Marketing Team.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of Marketing Requirements Documents for storage products.
  • Research current and future SSD features and trends in the Data Center computing/storage market.
  • Participate in the analysis of the competitive landscape to define Micron Data Center SSDs for long-term market leadership.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering organization to ensure Data Center SSD needs are represented in planning processes.
  • Support the Data Center SSD product expert in Quarterly Technical Meetings with OEMs, ODMs, and industry partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager, with a track record of successfully launching and managing products.
  • Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and communicate sophisticated technical concepts.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience in market research and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the data center storage industry
  • Understanding of SSD technology
  • Proficiency with JAMA and JIRA

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$157,000.00 - $309,000.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.  The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations.  Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.  The pay scale is subject to change depending on business needs.  Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Additional compensation may include benefits, discretionary bonuses and equity.
