Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Able to assess the technical risks inherent in a software and infrastructure platforms in respect of performance and resilience.
  • Technical Development of automation scripts based on appropriate HTTPS, SAP Batch, SQL, or Web Protocols to emulate volumes of traffic on the System Under Test
  • Tracking Execution and keeping Project Stakeholders informed about Testing progress and escalating issues where necessary.
  • JMeter/Blaze meter Scripting.
  • Workload Automation (Batch Scheduling)
  • Use of Excel Macros to Mock up Data Files
  • Database SQL
  • Perform code review, refactoring and tech debt elimination. 
  • Work with the Product Owner to define, prioritise and manage the product backlog to deliver on the product vision, goals, and roadmap. 
  • Publish and communicate the product strategy and roadmap to stakeholder and teams. 
  • Assess and prioritise work based on outcomes to deliver maximum value. 
  • Manage conflicts, issues, and risks to optimise solution and ensure alignment to scope. 
  • Promote continuous improvement.

Essential Skills:

  • 10+ years of performance testing experience. Preferably with Functional Test Automation experience.
  • Expertise in Performance Testing tools using JMeter/Blaze Meter K6, Gatling
  • Expertise in Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Workload Design, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Scripting, Defect Management & Test Reporting.
  • Execute Benchmark, load, stress, endurance, and other non-functional tests. Monitor application logs to determine system behaviour. Address all technical issues; facilitate the resolution and necessarily follow up with Development and other cross-functional departments.
  • Experience in AppDynamics, Splunk, AWS, Azure, and Jira.
  • Analyse the CPU Utilization, Memory usage and Network usage, Garbage Collection and DB Parameters and DB Reports to verify the performance of the applications.
  • Generate performance graphs, session reports and other related documentation required for validation and analysis.
  • Publish results and receive appropriate signoff. Prepare detail status reports and monitoring of all defects and issues.
  • Identifying memory leakage, connection issues & Bottleneck problem in the application.
  • Lead a team of high performing individuals in delivering projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and very good time management skills

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Computer Science/ Information Technology.
