Reporting to the Finance First Line Adoption Execution PMO Lead, the Finance Execution PMO VP will be part of a cross-functional team that supports execution on Finance Consent Order commitments across Risk & Control, HR, Data and Compliance programs. The Finance First Line Adoption Execution PMO team is on point to provide guidance in line with Transformation Program Oversight governance standards, partner with Milestone / Deliverable Owners, Execution Leads and their respective teams to drive Consent Order plans to successful, timely execution, and collaborate on essential program management activities to ensure timely and successful delivery of objectives. The Finance Execution PMO VP role is expected to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team and across other program groups to support implementation and adoption of Finance Transformation initiatives primarily in the Risk & Data programs. This role carries the responsibility to identify, socialize, and monitor risks and interdependencies while providing transparency to leadership into execution within a defined accountability structure. This role will support appropriate, timely closure and documentation of Finance commitments and requires excellent written and oral communication skills. The Finance Execution PMO VP must maintain a high level of curiosity and a disciplined approach to project management as they assist the team in delivery of high-quality repeatable risk management, control, reporting and relationship routines.  

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely identification and, where appropriate, support remediation of risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
  • Monitor, track and report progress and status of Risk & Control programs and provide back-up support as needed in the Data EUC space.
  • Ensure appropriate status is maintained in official system of record (PTS / JIRA)
  • Adhere to applicable guidance and standards (Citi CPMC, Chief Administration Office / Transformation Program Office guidance, etc.)
  • Support Accountable Executives and Responsible Owners in preparation of artifacts that demonstrate completion of program objectives to fulfill governance and oversight teams’ requirements for initiation, planning, execution, and closure, driving quality.
  • Coordinate working group meetings in conjunction with Execution Owners / Leads
  • Ensure appropriate capture of meeting minutes and necessary follow-ups, where required.
  • Performs other duties / ad hoc requests and functions as assigned in support of Finance First Line Consent Order delivery.


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry preferred.
  • Knowledge and expertise in Project Management and/or management reporting and analysis.
  • Requires communication and diplomacy skills to guide and influence others.
  • Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to offer solutions when faced with a problem in the absence of detailed instructions.
  • Excellent written and oral skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office
  • PMP preferred.

  • Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
