About the Role:

You will gain hands-on experience as a member of the Technology Operations team focusing on project assignments that provide meaningful business value.

In this role, you will act as an internal day-to-day contact which will enable you to learn what it takes to execute a project from start to finish and how to communicate and build relationships effectively with cross-functional partners. This role will provide the opportunity to have exposure to Data, Product, Operations, Engineering and UX across the Technology team.

This role is hybrid, based in the New York City office.

You Will:

  • Assist in scheduling and monitoring milestones, coordinating the key participants and driving assignments through to completion
  • Assist teams with requirements gathering, documentation and status reporting
  • Apply your understanding of internal process to route jobs to the appropriate department given the project's current stage
  • Prepare for and facilitate efficient meetings by providing agendas, objectives, goals and action items
  • Summarize, communicate, and distribute meeting notes/next steps, immediately following critical meetings
  • Update and distribute weekly status reports and input project data
  • Communicate across multiple departments regarding progress of jobs, workflow, timeliness, and challenges
  • Own special projects as requested by Technology Head of PMO

You Have:

  • Completed at least 2 years towards your Bachelor's degree
  • High energy, ambition, and are an organized individual with strong communication skills
  • The ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and are a quick learner
  • Strong listening skills with ability to quickly summarize meeting minutes and action items
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills

Salary: $25.00/hour
