We are looking for an SE3 who will be leading the overall schedule and development of the FORNSAT Dashboard. A motivated candidate will dissect high-level requirements to user stories and manage incremental development rhythms through testing and development.  The work location is the customer site at NBP. No CCAs accepted. 

A successful candidate will have experience in RF acquisition, processing, and reporting environment. An understanding of basic signal processing flow incorporating both hardware and software. FORNSAT specific experience or similar domain is necessary. Experience working with agency corporate services and systems for dataflow, requirements, monitoring, and reporting.  This is an opportunity to drive meaningful change that will benefit ops and analysts worldwide. SCRUM experience is desired.
