Summary:

In this role, you will manage and monitor a team of project managers while providing project management services. You will ensure the team is meeting any and all deadlines required to meet customers go live dates.

Responsibilities:

• Manage new account signings from kick off to go live.

• Work with new and existing customers for facility adds or module add-ons.

• Provide metrics to leadership to identify additional insights on project details.

• Continuously monitor team bandwidth for opportunities to maximize capacity, while meeting customer expectations.

• Lead and influence project participants and mentor others to drive team participation.

• Help provide Tier 2 support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.

• 5 or more years’ relevant experience required.

• Experience leading teams and projects preferred. 

• PMP or CAPM certification preferred.

• Familiar with various PMP and work management platforms desired.

• Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $127,600.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
