Job Summary:
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance; accordingly, developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
What you'll do:
Be the technical leader for the team & not only guiding but actively supporting team as needed and takes end to end ownership of design and architecture of multiple large-scale products.
Lead and advocate Agile engineering practices, with a focus on continuous improvement, lean and systems thinking.
Works with the Product team to understand and analyze business requirements in order to design and implement technical solutions.
Ensure products are well designed, well built and have flexible architectures to meet business needs and future extensibility.
Contribute actively to tech and arch councils, constantly strive for engineering and operational excellence across the product lines.
Focus on reusability, frameworks, patterns and configurations tools for faster
Mentoring/coaching Senior staff engineers and other Engineers.
What you'll bring:
An Engineering Degree - B.E/B.Tech/MS in any stream – Computer Science preferred.
You should have a deep interest and passion for technology with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in designing and developing desktop/web applications, APIs with Java backend & Spring applications.
You love writing and owning codes and enjoy working with people across time zone who will keep challenging you at every stage.
You have strong problem solving, analytic, decision-making with interpersonal skills.
Hands on experience with Java, SpringBoot, Cloud (Azure/GCP/AWS ), Kafka (or other messaging service), Memcached/Redis or any caching technologies, relational DBMS ( MySQL, Oracle etc )
CI/CD development environments/tools: Git, Maven, Jenkins.
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership for development and design of least one cloud-based project - Experience in writing code following right design patterns with Should be able to drive solution Architecture design by creating HLD & LLDs
Hands on experience in SQL & No-SQL Databases.
