Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets). You will be responsible for managing the team, collaborating with multiple teams, and providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Your typical day will involve overseeing project implementation, making team decisions, engaging with various teams, and contributing to key decisions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects - Leverage global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets) - Oversee project implementation Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Okta Identity Management - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Identity Access Management (IAM) - Strong understanding of security services implementation - Experience in managing and delivering security projects - Knowledge of global delivery methods, tools, and assets - Familiarity with security services best practices Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Okta Identity Management - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
