JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics and Beaver Stadium is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to assist with facility and event operations. Successful candidates will primarily be responsible for:

  • Work closely with facility managers to ensure smooth flow of operations prior to, during and following Beaver Stadium events including home football games and other special events

  • Facility clean-up and general maintenance

  • Special event set up and tear down

  • Responsible for inventorying equipment such as tables, chairs, and security magnetometers

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters.
