What You Will Do:

  • Assist in the preparation of various global tax reporting and compliance calculations, including Country-by-Country and Pillar Two

  • Assist in the review of international (non-U.S.) corporate tax compliance

  • Monitor and track international (non-U.S.) tax compliance

  • Provide assistance in monitoring group transfer pricing policies

  • Monitor and stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations affecting the company

  • Maintain accurate and organized tax records and documentation

  • Prepare account reconciliations and rollforwards

  • Prepare tax calculations and estimates for budgeting and forecasting purposes.

  • Assist in responding to tax notices and inquiries from tax authorities.

  • Conduct tax research to support tax planning and compliance efforts, as needed

  • Collaborate with the Internal Tax Team and other departments to provide accurate and timely responses to tax compliance and reporting requirements

  • Provide support and assistance to the Internal Tax Team on special tax projects and tax-related tasks, as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required

  • 3 years of tax minimum experience, preferably in a corporate tax department or public accounting firm.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of federal tax laws and regulations

  • CPA certification or working towards CPA eligibility is a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills

  • Excellent verbal/ written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Exposure/ proficiency with Oracle/SAP/HFM 

  • Exposure/ proficiency with OneSource Tax Provision 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
