OVERVIEW:

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure all HR processes follow operational compliance regulations. This includes process improvement, communication and partnership with vendors, and effective communications with HR Business Partners and various COEs.

Focus on timely resolution to teammate inquiries through the ServiceNow platform. Support our user population (stores, distribution centers, corporate teammates) with questions, troubleshooting, reporting, and process adherence for Tier 2 support.               

Own and manage the end-to-end processing of I-9 forms across the organization, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and maintaining accurate records. Oversee the timely and accurate response to unemployment claims, collaborating with relevant departments to gather necessary information, contest claims when appropriate, and ensure compliance with state-specific unemployment laws. Continuously monitor and audit I-9 and unemployment processes to mitigate risk and ensure organizational compliance.

Oversee the HR Operations ticketing tiers, ensuring that service requests are handled within the established Service Level Agreements (SLA). Monitor ticket resolution times, identify trends or recurring issues, and implement solutions to enhance service delivery.

Collaborate and communicate across HR and other functions to understand internal opportunities and learn to suggest system automation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Business, Communications, IT

  • 3-5 years experience Service Delivery, Employee Data Management

  • Society for HR Management (SHRM) Certification optional

  • ServiceNow Certification Optional

  • Workday Certification optional

  • Case Management experience (ServiceNow, etc.)

  • I-9 or Unemployment system experience

  • Human Capital Management Platform (Workday) experience

  • HR Operations experience – system or job

  • Service Delivery (e.g. HR, Call Center, etc.)

  • Process efficiency  / productivity improvement

  • Excellent relationship-building & teamwork skills

  • Ability to maintain complete confidentiality and discretion

  • Creative Problem Solving

  • Strong understanding of communication styles
