Being part of Brake Business unit engineering team, which is developing different products & technologies related to advance braking systems & automatic parking brakes. The SW Model based implementation engineer who is in charge of defining and developing the control software part of electromechanical brakes and electromechanic parking brakes.

Vos missions

  • Prise en charge, analyse et traitement des demandes utilisateurs via l’outil de gestion des demandes.
  • Diagnostique et résolutions des problèmes logiciels et matériels rencontrés par les clients (environnement PC, desktop, pack Office 20013, Windows 10, windows 8.1, Offoce 365, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Teams,...etc).
  • Masterisation et déploiement des postes du travail.
  • Déploiement des packages via SCCM.
  • Installation et maintenance des imprimantes réseaux.
  • Création et gestion des comptes utilisateurs (Active Directory).
  • Création des partages et gestion de la sécurité.
  • Déploiement des postes téléphoniques (notions voix sous IP)
  • Maintenance et administration des équipements réseau et bornes WIFI
  • Support sur téléphonie mobile ( Android)
  • Support et formation des utilisateurs sur la suite Office365


Votre profil


Formation : De formation Bac+ 2 ou issu d’une formation qualifiante équivalente.

Qualités attendues : Rigueur, dynamisme, sens du service client, capacité d’apprentissage, curiosité technique, bon relationnel, esprit d’équipe.
Compétences nécessaires : Bon niveau d'anglais, Architecture micro pc, système d’exploitation (Windows 10 et 8.1, connaissance Windows server 2012, Active Directory, Serveur d’impression, Réseaux LAN, Câblage, notions en WAN, protocole TCP/IP, Microsoft office (2013), Office365, outils de messagerie (Outlook 2013)
