WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • This role will be dedicated to enterprise-wide financial systems transformation, supporting system testing from a program management standpoint for Oracle Fusion and OneStream testing across 40+ countries
  • This role will be focused on supporting testing preparation cycles prior to testing kickoff and testing cycles including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and performance testing 
  • You will partner with both functional and technical Live Nation employees and third-party contractors  
  • You will be responsible for working with Global Process Owners to identify scope of testing for each testing cycle and working with division leads to identify testers from each division
  • You will be responsible for monitoring daily testing progress within Jira (testing management tool) 
  • You will lead daily testing progress calls with Live Nation functional and technical support and third-party contractors to ensure teams are on track and defects are being identified and effectively resolved
  • You will be responsible for working closely with Live Nation IT to ensure Live Nation IT owned activities are on track including boundary system connectivity, conversion activities, and security access 
  • You will be responsible for monitoring tester progress during testing cycles and escalating any delays to division leads to ensure the overall testing timeline remains on track 
  • You will be responsible for communicating testing updates to the Steering Committee including identifying areas of escalation
  • You will facilitate testing kick-off and exit meetings for each testing cycle 
  • This is a temporary role for 6-8 months with the potential to extend role to continue to support testing or support additional activities related to the financial systems transformation 

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required
  • 5+ years of experience in large-scale financial systems transformation
  • Experience with managing testing cycles within a financial systems transformation including identifying scope of testing and creating and managing testing prep activities plan
  • Experience with Jira preferred 
  • Experience with testing as part of a system implementation for a public company a plus
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion and OneStream a plus
  • Experience working in consulting a plus 
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills

The expected compensation for this position is:

$51.20 USD - $64.00 USD Hourly

** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
