This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, facilitate effective employee communication, and manage HR operational risks within the organization.

- Employee Engagement
developing and executing companywide employee engagement strategy
collaborating with Human Resources (HR) business partners and business leaders to identify and address employee engagement challenges
analyzing employee engagement data, including survey results, to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted interventions and facilitating action plan post employee engagement survey with respective business leaders
delivering organization development and talent initiatives
providing administrative support to the Organization Development and Talent team
- Employee Communication
developing and maintaining effective internal communication channels, such as newsletters, intranet, and town hall meetings
ensuring timely and transparent communication of valuable information, policies, and changes to employees
collaborating with business leaders to enhance cross-functional communication
designing various effective communication form such as email, electronic flyer and video
- HR Operational Risk Management
identifying and assess potential operational risks that may impact employee engagement and productivity
developing and implement risk mitigation strategies in HR area
collaborating with the risk management team to ensure alignment with the organization's overall risk management framework
