You will also assist in quality management reviews and ensure all business and design requirements are met. Additionally, you will educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.

- Collaborate with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics.
- Assist in quality management reviews and ensure all business and design requirements are met.
- Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams on business process design and implementation.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with other CRM systems such as Salesforce or Oracle.
- Experience in designing and developing business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements.
- Strong understanding of quality management reviews and ensuring all business and design requirements are met.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business process architecture, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
