1.Reconcile and calibrate Walmart’s different share sources including Fusion, Nielsen and Circana. Identify differences between each and use cases for how to use. Become the expert in each methodology and approach. Manage relationships with share partners, including 3rd party contractors on-site at Walmart.
2.Own and manage share reporting, creating actionable and compelling reports that deliver against the organization’s need. This includes monthly and quarterly executive reporting, along with ad hoc or additional share deep dives.
3.Work alongside the Director, Customer Intelligence and Data Science to optimize share sources, identifying which sources are the most accurate and building roadmaps to continue to provide more in-depth share results for categories, departments, channels and/or regions.
4.Ongoing management of share models, including alignment and calibration and maintenance of category mapping and manage hierarchical changes as required.
5.Be primary point of contact for share requests from Merchants, Marketing and other internal stakeholders. Provide data, insights or advanced analytic expertise to address requests to address market movement and impact to Walmart sales and share. Lead work, leveraging analytics modelling to understand correlation of share to other business and customer KPIs.
6.Support LRP and AOP process by providing historical share performance for Walmart and competitors, triangulating with other customer data and insights and partnering with Strategy teams on share provider projections.
7.Lead and own development of tools and dashboards to provide increased access and socialization of share results. Capture and track stakeholder needs to identify optimal information to share and at what cadence.
8.Work along broader Customer Insights team, sharing market share insights to strengthen customer understanding and identify leading and lagging indicators of Walmart share or sales performance

• Drives effective cross-functional collaboration across various groups, including merchandising, technology, supply chain, ensuring alignment to and achievement of various project goals. Act as subject matter expert on insights and analytics, leading with relevant and impactful recommendations.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.
• High level of attention to detail with ability to consolidate large amounts of complex information into simplified views.
• Team-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills, self-motivated, success-driven, demonstrated ability to gain trust, secure buy-in and influence change at all levels.
• Outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple projects effectively
• Professional individual having experience in supervisory role with people management skills and taking on team responsibilities.
• High proficiency with SQL, Python and other BI (Business Intelligence) tools .
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office application (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc.)
