WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Administer and support employee benefit programs across UK, Ireland, Spain, Australia, and India, including enrollments, eligibility, life events, and vendor coordination

  • Manage and support global leaves of absence across Canada, United States, Brazil, UK, Ireland, Spain, Australia, and India, ensuring compliance with statutory and company policies

  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee benefit and leave inquiries, providing clear, timely, and empathetic guidance

  • Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate benefit deductions, employer contributions, and leave-related pay coordination

  • Coordinate with external brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators to resolve issues and ensure service delivery

  • Support annual benefits renewals, plan changes, and open enrollment activities across assigned regions

  • Maintain benefits documentation, employee communications, and standard operating procedures

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with local labor laws, statutory benefit requirements, and data privacy regulations

  • Assist with benefits audits, reconciliations, and reporting requests

  • Identify opportunities to improve global benefits processes, tools, and employee experience



WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 3-5 years of experience in global benefits administration, with direct responsibility for EMEA and/or APAC regions

  • Hands-on experience supporting benefits in UK, Ireland, Spain, Australia, and India

  • Practical experience managing statutory and company leaves of absence across multiple countries

  • Strong understanding of benefits operations, payroll integration, and employee lifecycle events

  • Experience working with global HRIS and benefits administration platforms

  • Ability to interpret and apply country-specific benefits and leave regulations

  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment



AND IT’S GREAT TO HAVE
Experience supporting Americas benefits and leaves (US, Canada, Brazil)

  • Prior experience working in a global SaaS or technology company

  • Exposure to benefits renewals, vendor RFPs, or plan design changes

  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, local data protection laws)

  • Experience creating employee-facing benefits communications

  • Advanced Excel or data analysis skills

  • Experience partnering closely with global payroll teams

  • Knowledge of global mobility or expatriate benefits programs
