Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions in India is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Rebuild Workshop Manager to oversee the daily operations of Dariba workshop, Rajsamand District, Rajasthan.
In your role as Manager-Rebuild Workshop you are responsible for overhauling of Sandvik Equipment’s, Rock Drills, and Components ensuring quality of repair. This will involve inspecting equipment/components for proper performance and determining faults and malfunctions, as well as, testing repaired equipment/component to ensure proper operational performance. As the Manager-Rebuild Workshop, you will be expected to actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and comply with all SMR safety policies and applicable government, customer, or industry regulations or requirements. A key component of this role is developing sound relationships with the workshop team, as well as internal and external customers. Developing these relationships will ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Your profile - a driven Manager-Rebuild Workshop with great leadership and problem solving skills.
We are looking for someone with Diploma/Degree in Engineering & 10-15 years’ experience in Heavy Earth Moving machinery field and minimum 5-7 years in Workshop management. Workshop establishment experience will be add on advantage. You should have experience of managing team, experience of LEAN management, idea about vendor management and procurement. You should be flexible and self-motivated team player with a strongly collaborative nature and dedication to open communication among colleagues. Time management and organizational skills are well-developed.
You are computer literate and proficiency in MS Excel.
You Must have ability to work as part of an integrated, broad team to develop knowledge of customer business processes in relation to product rebuild.
