Job Description

Post-sale installation and maintenance of mobile communication systems.  Manages maintenance customer service needs spanning multiple products integrated into a single system configuration.  Performs system hardware and software installations on a project basis, plus manages customer service needs through routine system maintenance. 
Primarily focused on Astro, Digital, and Simulcast Trunking concepts.  Basic networking familiarity for the support of Centracom consoles, Data, and E911 products.  Multi-site trunked and voting conventional systems, data networks, and dispatch centers. 
Provides primary point of contact for 2-10 customer sites as well as infrastructure backup for other technologists. This profile is to only be used Outside of the US. For US, refer to System Technologist Profiles in H grades.


Basic Requirements

  • Tecnico ou tecnólogo com formação eletronica, eletrotecnica ou telecom com CREA,
  • Experiencia na área de monitoramento e suporte em  Infraestrutura de Telecom. 
  • Conhecimento em atividades de suporte remoto, intervenção nivel 01, conhecimento em redes e Telecom.
  • Preferencialmente com certificação ITIL e/ou COBIT. 
  • Ingles para leitura.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em regime de NOC
