Responsibilities:
Quarterly Sales Compensation Process
Assist in the administration and payment of global compensation plans for 300+ team members, on a monthly and quarterly basis worldwide.
Assist in the resolution of commission-related inquiries from the sales team.
Work closely with Human Resources to understand plan assignments, advances/draws, and other compensation agreements.
Work with payroll team to process commission payments on-time, and accurately each month.
Assist in preparing detailed monthly commission accrual.
Xactly Sales Compensation System
Assist with the configuration, testing, and maintenance of Xactly Incent, including organization records, quotas and rates, crediting rules, data uploads, advances/draw payments, etc.
Monitor new hire and termination data and update internal systems / records accordingly.
Work closely with sales operations team to ensure accurate crediting of bookings to respective sales teams.
Work closely with Payroll team to ensure accurate sales incentive pay outs.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Operations/M. Com/ CA Inter/Inter.
3-5 years hands-on sales commissions administration experience
Comfortable working with various systems simultaneously and thinking through the consolidation/flow of data.
Advanced MS Excel skills - experience with pivot tables and complex formula
Able to work effectively under pressure. High-integrity, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills
Effective at building positive relationships, fostering trust, and resolving conflict.
Experience with Xactly Incent and other modules, Excel, ADP Workforce Now (or similar HRIS) and CRM (Salesforce.com preferred)
Proactive approach and self-starter
Working knowledge with a payroll team is an added advantage.
