Job Description

Responsibilities:   

Quarterly Sales Compensation Process 

  • Assist in the administration and payment of global compensation plans for 300+ team members, on a monthly and quarterly basis worldwide. 

  • Assist in the resolution of commission-related inquiries from the sales team. 

  • Work closely with Human Resources to understand plan assignments, advances/draws, and other compensation agreements. 

  • Work with payroll team to process commission payments on-time, and accurately each month. 

  • Assist in preparing detailed monthly commission accrual. 

Xactly Sales Compensation System 

  • Assist with the configuration, testing, and maintenance of Xactly Incent, including organization records, quotas and rates, crediting rules, data uploads, advances/draw payments, etc. 

  • Monitor new hire and termination data and update internal systems / records accordingly. 

  • Work closely with sales operations team to ensure accurate crediting of bookings to respective sales teams. 

  • Work closely with Payroll team to ensure accurate sales incentive pay outs.  

Skills and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Operations/M. Com/ CA Inter/Inter. 

  • 3-5 years hands-on sales commissions administration experience 

  • Comfortable working with various systems simultaneously and thinking through the consolidation/flow of data. 

  • Advanced MS Excel skills - experience with pivot tables and complex formula 

  • Able to work effectively under pressure.  High-integrity, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills   

  • Effective at building positive relationships, fostering trust, and resolving conflict. 

  • Experience with Xactly Incent and other modules, Excel, ADP Workforce Now (or similar HRIS) and CRM (Salesforce.com preferred) 

  • Proactive approach and self-starter 

  • Working knowledge with a payroll team is an added advantage.
