We are looking for a person to join our team to represent the film promotion project from the production stage to the film's release in cinemas - PR and external lobbying of the film during the development, post-production and promotion stages.

Responsibilities 

  • Preparation of the film's sales strategy in terms of promotion (including a schedule of activities: PR, patrons, creatives, partners)

  • Preparation of the film's PR sales strategy (information about the film, topics for the media, slogans, letters to the press, etc.)

  • Preparation of tools to support publicity and promotion of the film,

  • Drafting and editing press materials (press releases, bios, promotional material, slogans, descriptions)

  • Overall organisation of press briefings

  • Preparation and coordination of special events

  • Development, ongoing updating and implementation of the PR strategy

  • Running the press service (distribution of press releases, follow-up)

  • Building relationships with journalists, initiating interest, responding to enquiries,

  • Organisation and coordination of press interviews

  • Cooperation with subcontractors

  • Acquisition of strategic media partners (Internet, outdoor advertising, radio) and non-media partners (cooperation with other entities for joint advertising)

  • Preparation and presentation of cooperation offers to potential cooperation partners

Requirements:

  • Experience of working on local film productions

  • Experience of working with the media

  • Experience in organising large events such as press conferences, premieres, etc.
