We are looking for a person to join our team to represent the film promotion project from the production stage to the film's release in cinemas - PR and external lobbying of the film during the development, post-production and promotion stages.
Responsibilities
Preparation of the film's sales strategy in terms of promotion (including a schedule of activities: PR, patrons, creatives, partners)
Preparation of the film's PR sales strategy (information about the film, topics for the media, slogans, letters to the press, etc.)
Preparation of tools to support publicity and promotion of the film,
Drafting and editing press materials (press releases, bios, promotional material, slogans, descriptions)
Overall organisation of press briefings
Preparation and coordination of special events
Development, ongoing updating and implementation of the PR strategy
Running the press service (distribution of press releases, follow-up)
Building relationships with journalists, initiating interest, responding to enquiries,
Organisation and coordination of press interviews
Cooperation with subcontractors
Acquisition of strategic media partners (Internet, outdoor advertising, radio) and non-media partners (cooperation with other entities for joint advertising)
Preparation and presentation of cooperation offers to potential cooperation partners
Requirements:
Experience of working on local film productions
Experience of working with the media
Experience in organising large events such as press conferences, premieres, etc.
