Job Description

Responsibility: 

  • Understand the policy & what does it mean to business 

  • Get insights from customers from visits and feedback and link insights to proper campaigns 

  • Identify business opportunities in a changing and complex environment. 

  • Create and deliver impactful HCP education content for brands in collaboration with the commercial solution team and other stakeholders. 

  • Design campaigns that are aligned with the strategy 

  • Manage/execute marketing campaigns efficiently and smartly with good budget planning 

  • Support the preparation and development of the brand plan and the tactical plan 

Requirement: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, major in medicine or pharmacy is preferred. 

  • At least 5 years of working experience in sales/marketing/medical 

  • Experience in Oncology is preferred. Experience in GU Cancers is highly preferred. 

  • Demonstrated solid experience in the design and implementation of promotional campaigns. 

  • Proficiency in the use of software applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel 

  • Proactive in problem-solving and a team player 

  • Passionate for excellent work, self-motivated 

  • Organized and good at prioritization 

  • Effective oral and written communication skills in English 

  • Compliant and Integrity
