Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the overall roadmap, timeline, scope, and budget for CDM (Customer Data Management) and EC3 (Enterprise Customer Collaboration Center) projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring project milestones are met, providing regular updates to stakeholders, and supporting project planning activities. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive project success and align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight:
  • Manage the overall roadmap, timeline, scope, and budget for CDM and EC3 projects.
  • Ensure alignment of project deliverables with organizational objectives.
• Milestone Tracking and Updates:
  • Obtain progress updates on project milestones from project teams and leads.
  • Monitor and track project performance to ensure timely delivery.
• Stakeholder Reporting:
  • Prepare and present CDM/EC3 project status updates during MRC (Management Review Committee) meetings.
  • Provide regular status reports to key stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Issue Resolution and Decision Support:
  • Identify and escalate project issues or concerns to the MRC.
  • Collaborate with project leads to develop and present option recommendations for MRC decision-making and direction.
• Project Planning and Support:
  • Support project planning activities related to onboarding RPS, PRC_SMS, and MRS_RRK.
  • Ensure proper coordination and resource allocation for successful onboarding and implementation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in CDM, EC3, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively report project status and updates.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve project issues with a focus on delivering actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
• Familiarity with onboarding processes for RPS, PRC_SMS, and MRS_RRK is an advantage.
