The DCX Product Manager owns the end-to-end lifecycle for one or more digital offerings—defining customer-centric strategy, driving roadmap and delivery, and ensuring customer value and commercial outcomes. Key outcomes include validated product-market fit, measurable user activation and engagement improvements, predictable roadmap delivery, and customer satisfaction gains.
DCX Product Manager
We will count on you to:
Define product vision and multi-quarter roadmap aligned with organizational goals such as growth, retention, and ARPU.
Conduct market, competitive, and customer research to validate opportunities and prioritize investments.
Translate strategy into prioritized backlogs, work with technology teams to plan sprints, unblock delivery, and ensure quality releases.
Lead release planning, go-to-market coordination, and post-launch stabilization.
Act as the single product owner across cross-functional teams including business, tech, design, data, sales, marketing, legal, and security.
Define success metrics, partner with analytics teams, design and run experiments, and use data to inform product decisions and future roadmaps.
What you need to have:
6+ years of product management experience building client-facing, client-centric SaaS products, or 2–4 years with strong domain expertise.
Exposure to the B2C product lifecycle from discovery through growth and iteration.
Strong technical literacy, comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, data, and AI with engineering teams.
Proven experience launching products into organizations and markets.
Excellent product sense with the ability to identify impactful customer problems and define valuable solutions.
Strong UX and customer empathy skills, including conducting user interviews and usability tests.
Data analysis and experimentation skills, including defining metrics, querying data, and designing experiments.
Effective stakeholder management and influence, with strong communication and storytelling abilities.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
