Mandate:

To lead a team of Personal Shoppers and the in store experience of our PC Express program including in-store shopping, customer interactions, handling POS transactions with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided in a courteous manner to maintain our reputation for friendly, effective, and personalized experience;

·         Develop an understanding of best practices relating to PC Express Operations;

·         Be committed to maintaining operational standards;

·         Be accountable for departmental financial objectives;

·         Work with employees to improve productivity, engagement and retention;

·         Identify opportunities to reduce customer wait times upon pickup at store;

·         To schedule, direct, supervise and discipline department staff and train all new employees;

·         To be responsible for the opening and/or closing functions of the department;

·         To ensure the maintenance of equipment and the safety and sanitation of the production and back room areas, as per Company Policy;

·         To respond to any customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring courteous customer relations at all times;

·         Other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

       Exceptional customer service skills and a talent for building customer loyalty;

       Flexibility to work a variety of hours which include days, evenings, night shifts and weekends;

       The ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure;

       The ability to lead, coach and motivate employees;

       Strong financial acumen to deliver outstanding business results;

       A commitment to delivering consistent results, every day;

       Previous retail, grocery retail or hospitality management experience is an asset.
