Senior Inside Sales Account Representative professionals build on a customer-centric service strategy to deliver foundational organization, business process, and technology capabilities required to deliver an optimal customer service.
You will be responsible for speaking with decision-makers over the phone to increase the value of their online advertisements through optimization; with an aim to increase customer investment and/or increase the length of time that a customer will maintain their campaign. We are helping them to optimize what they are already doing, reach their advertising goals, optimize their budget by understanding what is working, what may not be working for them, and offering advice and implementing solutions to help them potentially see improved results and become more confident in using the platform.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals
Manage a portfolio of advertisers of small to medium sized business clients and grow revenue
Research and discover fundamental understanding of vertical s market s industry and client business models
Identify sales opportunities and provide clients with tailored solution to meet their goal.
Proactively outreach outbound calls and reactively engage with clients over the phone and via email to frequently assess product performance and provide insights to optimize their advertisements and increase their investments
Expectation is to be consistent in exceeding your quarterly targets through high volume outbound calling.
Understanding customers business and advertising goals to capture and build market intelligence.
Develop expert working knowledge of Social Media advertising solutions including measurement and what impacts performance, identify trends and solve problems
Qualifications
Sales Experience At least 1 year sales experience primarily outbound sales relationship sales, ad sales, digital marketing, online sales, collections or telemarketing
Overall Work Experience 3 Years Work Experience or 2 Years Work Experience if a graduate of Sales Marketing Related Courses
Knowledge and understanding of online sales, advertising
Highly motivated with strong attention to detail and follow through, eager to contribute to a quota target.
