Summary: As a Product Management Lead, you will drive and develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Your typical day involves collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their requirements, building partnerships, and providing innovative technology solutions. You will also work closely with engineering teams to ensure the product is delivered efficiently and effectively, with a focus on quick time-to-market. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals in product management practices and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud computing platforms and microservices architecture. - Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies. - Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration. - Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product strategy. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Solution Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
