The Role: Treasury Analyst in the Corporate Treasury organization.   This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute treasury operations, conduct financial analysis, and develop insights that inform key decision-making processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:

  • Support & execute core daily Treasury and cash management functions for North America; including monitoring cash balances, forecasting cash flows, and initiating fund transfers as needed.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and develop actionable insights.
  • Support the treasury group with process improvements and lean initiatives to reduce cost
  • Develop and load forecasts and drive improvements to forecasting procedures
  • Provide daily and project support for the Global Business Services (GBS) & Evoqua Shared Services Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and the Reconciliation teams
  • Support the US and Canada InterCompany Netting programs and facilitate efficient settlement
  • Prepare regular Treasury reports such as daily US cash, and monthly bank fee report
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Accounting, Tax, and Legal teams, to ensure alignment on treasury-related matters.
  • Facilitate issuance of letters of credit, bank guarantees and bonds including quarterly reconciliations
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform ad-hoc management related requests and analysis

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 1+ years of experience in treasury, finance, or related roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency using Excel to summarize and analyze data
  • Proficiency using PowerPoint to illustrate and communicate
  • Problem-solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Position requires high attention to detail and a desire for continuous improvement
  • Individual will be self-motivated and has experience working with multiple teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a professional attitude and demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively, manage multiple projects, and prioritize workload to meet deadlines

Salary range:

$62,000.00 - $99,000.00
