The Agent Care Expert will bridge the gap between what our agents' needs and what we’re delivering — helping us to not only meet but also exceed their expectations. Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain accurate agent and dealer files, follow-up with agents and/or dealers to secure required information to complete files including commission worksheets, rate cards and legal documentation; process agent/dealer cancellations and work with the Data Administration department to ensure consistent records within systems
  • Serve as a liaison via phone and written correspondence (occasionally in person) with agents and dealers, providing sales support and representing the company with professionalism, exhibiting excellent customer skills and providing precise, quick and timely responses
  • Work with Legal/Compliance, Processing, Data Administration and Underwriting to ensure agents and dealers are compliant with state regulations
  • Accurately take supply orders via phone, fax, website and email.  Ensure that all materials are sent in a timely manner
  • Assist in the mailroom (fulfilling orders, restocking supplies, updating marketing materials) when needed
  • Coordinate and complete projects with established deadlines with team members as directed 
  • Apply for and administer contractual liability insurance policies from AAGI insurers as required.  
  • Provide support in other departments
  • Assist in writing and updating procedures

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree (AA.) or equivalent; or three to five years related experience and/or training or both
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service and detail orientated
