Position Summary:
As the Recruitment Marketing & Advertising Manager, you will be an integral member of the TA Marketing team reporting to the Senior Manager. You will be responsible for designing compelling online strategies and campaigns to attract, engage, and retain qualified candidates to CVS Health. You will collaborate with members of the TA Marketing team as well as other Talent Acquisition leaders and business partners to promote opportunities using a variety of recruitment marketing tactics.
You will accomplish this by:
Strategic level - Identify and advocate for new opportunities to connect with external talent and be held responsible for empowering the talent acquisition team with impactful and creative marketing tactics and other resources to support their talent attraction efforts.
Operational level - Interpret and translate data into actionable recommendations. You will manage recruitment marketing reporting and budgeting and use performance metrics to experiment and test new recruitment marketing and advertising approaches to support hiring across the organization.
Tactical level - Develop comprehensive recruitment marketing strategies and identify key channels to effectively reach and engage with target audiences through management of both paid and no-cost media options. This would also include working with Recruitment Marketing CRM tactics, email campaigns and related data.
Content Marketing - Develop and source storytelling content that can be used in talent attraction efforts across social media, blog, career sites and other platforms. Support execution of diversity & inclusion marketing plans that result in a broad and diverse pipeline of prospective talent. Monitor trends, benchmarks, and industry best practices for recruitment marketing and advertising, media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
Reporting - Evaluate metrics, report back on campaign results to determine return on investment, and confidently make recommendations for budget spend as requested. Establish and track data-driven recruitment advertising metrics and goals and provide regular reporting on campaign effectiveness to maximize results.
Influence - Ensure that all vendor relationships are compliant with financial and procurement policies and regularly review terms of partnerships to ensure continued ROI. Conduct regular meetings with talent and business partners to help maximize allocation of available TA technology resources and budget. Act as a SME to help improve costs, quality, and speed throughout hiring process.
Required Qualifications:
5 or more years of experience in a business environment
3 or more years of experience in recruitment marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Phenom CRM and other Recruitment advertising tools and platforms
Education:
Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent work experience may substitute
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
