We are looking for highly talented Senior Designer with a focus in digital to join our in-house design team. Working alongside other designers and developers, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on exciting digital and print-based projects for a global fintech company. With a passion for digital and user experience, this person should be on top of the latest design and technical trends.  

• Cover all areas of design including user experience, graphic, print, user interface and interaction design.  

• Assist with the seamless roll out of the new campaign creative, web, email, social media, print, working autonomously and taking ownership and responsibility for every last detail 

• Be an expert in wire-framing UI, rapid prototyping and creating pixel perfect visual designs 

• Communicate status clearly, both written and verbal, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as necessary to ensure the solution meets their needs 

• A passionate designer with a proven track record designing the very best, compelling user experiences with a strong understanding of user behaviors 

• Excellent communicator, skilled in explaining and defending your work when required; showing confidence in your own abilities and ideas 

• Take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality 

•  Excellent working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketch. 

• A conceptual thinker with an aptitude for learning and sharing new skills 

• A solid understanding and experience of working to brand guidelines 

• Technical understanding of the web, emails restrictions/possibilities they offer 

• Meticulous and good attention to detail. 

• Fast and reliable with high standards. 

• Good communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills 

• Self-motivated and driven; able to act on own initiative 

• Solid multi-tasking and organization skills 

• Evidence of your work that demonstrates excellent UI and visual design skills for web, emails and print-based designs. 

NICE TO HAVE 

•  AfterEffect or/and experience with animation for web/emails. 

• Native app design understanding
