Team Description

The Distribution product team is responsible for delivering industry leading connectivity for thousands of hotels around the world. Sr. Product Manager - Commission Payments is responsible for daily operations for of SynXis Commissions Payment, supporting international customers, account management team and Hospitality Solutions stakeholders to answer operational product questions.

  • Supervision and active handling of the entire process of registering new customers for the product including monitoring incoming payments of the required security deposit.
  • Releasing access to the “SynXis Commissions Payment” service product and activating of Data Feed in SynXis CRS.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the data quality of existing and new travel agencies through regular, bi-weekly data exchange with the relevant organization (IATA International Air Transport Association).
  • Creation of profiles for new travel agencies on request.
  • Preparation and monitoring of weekly data transfers of worldwide commission payments to travel agencies.
  • Checking the current account balances of our hotel customers on a regular basis.
  • Compliance with the upper limits in connection with a security payment for each data processing.
  • Processing and monitoring of commission payment complaints.
  • Identification and collection of operational needs to streamline and ease (daily) working processes.

Requirements for the position

  • Familiarity with payment processing systems and commission structures
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage
  • Ability to assess and improve operational processes through data-driven insights.
  • Strong skills in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions, especially regarding commission payment complaints and data quality.
