We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic and fast-paced team!

Employment Type:

• Full-Time (40 hours per week)
• Hybrid (2 days in the office/week with flexibility for more as needed)

Term: 4 months (possibility of extension)

What You’ll Do:

• Support Marketing Operations: Keep our marketing initiatives on track by managing tasks in Asana, updating calendars, and managing the team’s inbox. You’ll also handle documentation and assist with materials for upcoming campaigns and events.
  
  
• Event Planning & Execution: Play a key role in organizing and executing events like webinars, trade shows, and client presentations. From coordinating logistics to supporting on-site or virtual events, you’ll ensure every detail is flawless.
  
  
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and other teams to align marketing activities and contribute to broader company initiatives. Your efforts will ensure our marketing strategy supports company goals.
  
  
• Digital Marketing & Content Creation: Assist with social media, blog content, email campaigns, and tracking performance. You’ll also help optimize content for SEO and keep up with marketing analytics.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently in your 3rd or 4th year of a Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Eager to learn about B2B marketing in professional services or cybersecurity industries.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills—you love a good checklist!
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage your time effectively.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with a proactive attitude.
• Bonus points if you have experience or interest in event management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter) is a plus!
