Job Description

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct the fixture design of new projects
  • Non-standard equipment design and automation equipment design
  • Support to manufacturing improvement by jig/fix and tooling development ,Management and daily checking of equipment’s/tooling
  • Tooling management and optimization
  • Drawing of tooling/fixture central management
  • Timely coordination processing in the design, manufacturing, purchasing, assembling, debugging problems in the process, provide technical support to use for subsequent
  • Capable to conduct DFM analysis/review

• Qualifications and Requirements
  • Familiar with common mechanical structure, materials, methods of heat treatment of materials
  • To understand the common mechanical processing technology
  • Be familiar with the use of graphic design software including Auto CAD orSolidWorks. Be familiar with MS office.
  • At least 10 years working experience in non-standard equipment design and automation equipment design experience
  • 10 years’ experience in equipment sustain and maintenance
  • Major in mechanical design is must, Knowledge in electronic is a plus
  • Experience in Kaizen improvement would be preferred.
  • Intermediate English reading, writing and speaking;
  • College or above , major in mechanical design manufacturing and automation
