Position Summary

The Behavioral Health Director for the SKY (Supporting Kentucky Youth) program will lead a team of licensed therapists who support youth in Kentucky's child welfare and juvenile justice systems.  The position reports to the Principal Clinical Leader for Kentucky SKY.

This is a fully remote position. Eligible candidates will live in the state of Kentucky.

Responsibilties include:

  • Navigate and influence multiple cross-functional teams in a complex, matrix work environment
  • Ensure the coordination of physical and behavioral health care and coordination
  • Support the development of market strategies an value propositions
  • Act as a liaison with behavioral health community resources
  • Serve as the behavioral health clinical lead to the customer, state, and community stakeholders
  • Manage cross-segment project and initiatives that require problem solving, relationship building, influencing, and analyzing
  • Participate in Quality management activities and activities Influence and operationalize innovation across teams to ensure leading behavioral health care


Required Qualifications

  • Kentucky residence
  • Kentucky Independent Behavioral Health licensure
  • 3+ years experience with multisystem engaged youth services
  • 3+ years experience with people leadership
  • Care Management experience
  • 3+ years of experience with personal computer, keyboard navigation, and MS Office suite applications


Preferred Qualifications
1+ year experience in MCO environment

Education
Masters in Social Work or related Behavioral Health field

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$78,331.50 - $168,714.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
